Instructions
Toast two bread slices to your liking and keep aside toaster while you prep other ingredients
Cut thin strips of avocado, and reserve each avocado half for each slice of toast.
Spread hummus on toasted bread slices and top with avocado slices and pickled ginger.
Arrange blueberries over your toast and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
